Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to serve as the central point of coordination across all marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—supporting organic growth, paid acquisition, and brand visibility while ensuring all marketing efforts stay aligned with company goals.

This person will act as a “chief of staff” for marketing—bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to campaigns, timelines, and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Coordination & Execution

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing activities across organic, paid, and brand channels
  • Coordinate campaigns from planning through execution and reporting
  • Ensure alignment between teams (content, paid media, SEO, design, sales, etc.)

2. Organic Growth (SEO, Content, Social)

  • Support planning and execution of organic lead generation initiatives
  • Coordinate content calendars, publishing schedules, and distribution
  • Track performance of SEO and content efforts and flag opportunities for improvement

3. Paid Lead Generation

  • Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) in collaboration with internal or external teams
  • Track budgets, timelines, and campaign performance
  • Ensure campaigns are launched on time and optimized based on results

4. Brand & External Awareness

  • Help drive brand visibility across channels (social, partnerships, PR, events)
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all external communications
  • Monitor brand presence and competitor activity

5. Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting for key marketing KPIs
  • Keep all marketing initiatives organized, documented, and on track
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows/processes

6. Strategic Support (Chief of Staff Function)

  • Support leadership in planning and prioritizing marketing initiatives
  • Ensure the team is operating within targets (lead volume, CAC, ROAS, etc.)
  • Drive accountability across projects and follow up on execution

     

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, growth, or operations roles
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing channels
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
