We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the fintech industry.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, and B2B clients
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities and trends in fintech
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling offerings

 

About you:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, including exp. in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the fintech ecosystem
  • Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Willingness to travel and engage in active networking
