Це позиція для людини, яка вже вміє продавати, хоче заробляти більше та готова поступово перейти від власних продажів до управління командою.

Ви будете:

спілкуватися з потенційними інвесторами

вести переговори та доводити клієнта до угоди

супроводжувати клієнта на етапах продажу

працювати з повторними зверненнями та клієнтською базою

виконувати особистий план продажів

брати участь у вдосконаленні скриптів і процесів продажу

Ми шукаємо не просто менеджера «на телефон».

Наша ціль — виростити з сильного Sales Manager керівника команди.

Етап 1 — Sales Manager

Ви:продаєте → виконуєте KPI → розумієте продукт → будуєте власну систему продажів.

Етап 2 — Senior Sales Manager / Team Lead

Етап 3 — Head of Sales

Після підтвердження результатів:

управління Sales-командою;

постановка та контроль планів;

Sales KPI;

контроль воронки;

навчання та розвиток менеджерів;

аналіз результатів;

участь у наймі;

розвиток системи продажів;

звітність та робота над зростанням revenue.

Підвищення залежить від результатів, лідерських навичок та готовності брати відповідальність за командний результат.

 Кого ми шукаємо

Нам не обов’язково потрібен готовий керівник.

Нам потрібен сильний продавець із потенціалом лідера.

Must have:

досвід у продажах від 1 року

підтверджені результати в продажах

сильні комунікативні та переговорні навички

вміння працювати із запереченнями

орієнтація на результат, системність та самоорганізація

готовність працювати з американським ринком

готовність працювати 15:00–23:00 за Києвом.

Буде великою перевагою:

досвід продажу нерухомості;

досвід у Real Estate Investment;

досвід роботи з іноземними клієнтами;

досвід продажу high-ticket продуктів;

досвід у фінансових або інвестиційних продуктах;

досвід наставництва або навчання інших менеджерів.

Якщо ти ніколи не керував командою — це не проблема.

Важливо, щоб ти мав сильні результати у власних продажах і хотів розвиватися в управління.

Ми об'єднуємо дані з рекламних кабінетів (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), CRM/ERP та аналітичних систем в єдине середовище, де AI-аналітики 24/7 моніторять кампанії, підсвічують неефективні витрати й точки росту та знімають із команди ручну операційку.

Ми не продаємо «ще один дашборд». Наша позиція жорстка: стара логіка ручного й інтуїтивного керування маркетингом більше не працює — ми переводимо бізнес у прозоре управління на основі даних.

Продукт виріс із практики: команда з 2018 року будує data-системи для середнього та великого бізнесу через сервісну компанію VIJAP. HeadData — це та сама експертиза, упакована в масштабований продукт.

Чому ця роль з'являється зараз

У нас є продукт, підтверджені сегменти клієнтів і розуміння, як він продається. Немає одного — людини, яка візьме продажі як свою територію і побудує з них систему: процес, команду, вихід на європейський ринок.

Ми свідомо не шукаємо «готового» Head of Sales із десятирічним стажем. Ми шукаємо талант — людину, яка вже стояла поруч із побудовою чи масштабуванням продажів, бачила, як це робиться зсередини, і вважає, що готова очолити напрям сама. Якщо ви були правою рукою керівника продажів, сильним sales/BizDev-менеджером у SaaS чи агенції, вели партнерські продажі й розумієте, що виросли з поточної ролі — ця вакансія для вас.

Що ви будете робити

Перші місяці — продавати самостійно. Це не менеджерська роль із першого дня. Ви ведете повний цикл: кваліфікація ліда за нашим ICP, діагностика ситуації клієнта, демо, впровадження очікувань, закриття. Ви — перша людина, яку бачить клієнт, і від рівня цієї зустрічі залежить довіра до всієї компанії.

Далі — будувати систему:

• Sales-процес і playbook: кваліфікація, сценарії демо під роль (власник / маркетолог / CMO / агенція), робота із запереченнями, шлях від договору до цінності.
• Вихід на зовнішні ринки, насамперед Європу: outbound, LinkedIn, партнерства, конференції.
• Партнерський канал із маркетинговими агенціями — стратегічний сегмент для нас.
• Пайплайн, прогноз, CRM-дисципліна, звітність для засновників.
• Найм, онбординг і розвиток перших account-менеджерів — коли обсяг цього вимагатиме.

Постійно — працювати із засновниками над позиціонуванням, ціноутворенням і зворотним зв'язком у продукт. Ви не виконуєте чужу стратегію — ви її співавтор.

Кого ми шукаємо

• Ви вже брали участь у рості. Не обов'язково керували відділом — але були там, де відділ будувався або масштабувався, і можете конкретно розповісти, що зробили ви.
• Ви продавали складне. B2B, SaaS, послуги з довгим циклом, де рішення приймають кілька людей і довіра важить більше за фічі.
• Англійська — робоча. Демо, переговори, листування з європейськими клієнтами — без посередників.
• Ви розумієте маркетинг і дані на рівні, достатньому, щоб говорити з performance-маркетологом і власником бізнесу їхньою мовою. Досвід у MarTech/AdTech/агенції — сильний плюс.
• Автономність. Вам не потрібно ставити задачу — вам потрібно дати мету. Ви самі знаходите, що потрібно зробити, і робите.
• Енергія та амбіція. Ви хочете стати Head of Sales не за титул, а тому що впевнені, що зможете побудувати це краще, ніж бачили раніше.
• Чесність із собою. Ви можете сказати, чого ще не вмієте, і швидко це закриваєте.

• Роль, яка росте разом із продуктом: ви заходите як founding sales leader і формуєте відділ під себе.
• Прямий доступ до засновників та їхньої 8-річної експертизи в data-driven управлінні.

Опис позиції:

Ми шукаємо Sales Manager, що успішно працює в динамічному середовищі, володіє англійською та захоплюється B2B SaaS-продажами.

Ти відповідатимеш за весь цикл продажів - від генерації лідів до закриття угод - працюючи як з inbound, так і з outbound каналами. Ти братимеш активну участь у побудові стратегічних партнерств, розвитку клієнтських відносин і прямо впливати на зростання доходу.

Ми шукаємо того, хто добре продає, користується сучасними інструментами автоматизації продажів і щиро цікавиться інтеграцією AI у процеси продажів для масштабування та підвищення ефективності.

Твої майбутні задачі:

• Керувати повним циклом продажів: від пошуку потенційних клієнтів, виявлення потреб, презентації продукту, роботи з запереченнями, ведення переговорів до закриття угоди.
• Працювати з inbound лідами (генерованими маркетингом, рекомендаціями або через сайт), так і активно знаходити нові можливості через вихідні активності (LinkedIn, email, дзвінки, події тощо).
• Створювати та керувати автоматизованими послідовностями комунікацій, follow-up кампаніями та sales cadence з використанням відповідних інструментів.
• Підтримувати точну інформацію про активності продажів та pipeline у CRM Pipedrive.
• Тісно співпрацювати з командами Marketing, Customer Success та Product для узгодження стратегії та підвищення конверсії лідів.
• Будувати та підтримувати партнерства з агенціями, реселерами та іншими учасниками екосистеми, які можуть генерувати бізнес-можливості.
• Проводити презентацію продуктів LOOQME та Metricom під час онлайн-дзвінків.
• Постійно шукати способи оптимізації воронки продажів, підвищення конверсії та тестування AI-інтеграцій для підвищення ефективності (наприклад, AI-assisted lead scoring, персоналізація або автоматизований outreach).
• Надавати зворотний зв’язок команді щодо ринку для покращення продуктового пропозиції та GTM-стратегії.

Для цього тобі потрібні:

• Від 1 року досвіду у B2B продажах, бажано в SaaS, MarTech або інструментах аналітики.
• Успішні продажі повного циклу.
• Сильні навички outbound-продажів та генерації лідів через LinkedIn, email та ін.інструменти.
• Відмінні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички англійською (В2) — усно та письмово.
• Відмінні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички українською мовою (обов'язково).
• Досвід ведення переговорів, стратегій ціноутворення та закриття угод.
• Проактивність, допитливість та орієнтація на результат.
• Вміння працювати в команді та розуміння, як продажі взаємопов’язані з маркетингом, продуктом та клієнтською підтримкою.

Буде перевагою (напишіть нам про це окремо у супровідному листі):

• Досвід продажів маркетологам, PR- або комунікаційним спеціалістам.
• Розуміння платформ медіамоніторингу, аналітики соціальних мереж або оцінки ефективності комунікацій.
• Досвід тестування або впровадження AI-інструментів у процеси продажів.
• Додаткові мовні навички (німецька, чеська, хорватська та інші мови).

Оплата праці:

• Ставка 50000 грн + % від продажів;
• Ти отримуєш 65% від суми продажу при виконанні плану продажу по постійним клієнтам (які продовжуватимуть співпрацю більше 3 місяців);
• Додаткові % за підписку клієнта на рік, продажі додаткових продуктів;
• Шампанське за перший продаж від СЕО, бонус кращому менеджеру місяця та інше.
• Реальні можливості перевиконувати плани продажу, що підтвердять наші Sales Heroes, а вони з нами довго:) 

Hiring process:

1) Знайомство з HR. Я розповім про компанію, відповім на твої запитання.

2) Онлайн зустріч з Sales Team Lead (~40 хв тривалістю)
