We are seeking an experienced VIP Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of high-value players in the iGaming segment. The ideal candidate is data-driven, stru ctured, and able to maintain long-term professional relationships with VIP clients.

We operate in the iGaming sector, focusing on high-quality customer management, clear service standards, and performance-driven processes. Our VIP department is responsible for maintaining stable retention metrics and maximizing the value of VIP players.

 

Work format: Full-time, 2/1 schedule - 8hours

 

Requirements:

— Minimum 1 year of experience in VIP management within iGaming or high-value client service.
— English B2/C1 (written and verbal).

— Strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and risk indicators.

— Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data analysis.

— Ability to manage high-roller clients and maintain professional rapport.

— Experience creating individualized offers, loyalty mechanisms, and retention strategies.

— Strong communication skills and discipline in maintaining consistent, structured interaction with VIP clients.
 

Responsibilities:

— Manage a portfolio of VIP players and ensure compliance with internal service standards.

— Achieve KPIs related to retention, engagement, LTV, and VIP monetization.

— Monitor client activity, identify behavioral changes, and proactively address risks.

— Develop and execute personalized offers, including bonuses, cashback, and exclusive events.

— Review and interpret player financial activity: deposits, betting behavior, and turnover.

— Maintain structured communication through messaging, email, and chat.

— Coordinate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to optimize VIP-related workflows.
