Team: 1 Team Lead,  2 Senior .NET Full Stack devs, 2 Middle .NET Full stack devs, 1PM, 3QAs, 1 DB developer, 2 BAs, 2 DevOPS engineers.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to lead one of our key client accounts. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence. The Program Manager will oversee a large-scale account, manage client relationships at the top management level, and be directly responsible for financial performance, strategic account development, and long-term partnership success.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex IT programs, strong business development skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to align delivery with both client and company objectives.

Job responsibilities:
 

Account Management & Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and business continuity.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges and opportunities.

Program Leadership

• Lead and manage delivery across a distributed team of 70+ FTEs, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Oversee program governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Leverage a solid technical background to effectively understand project scope, guide solution design, and support delivery teams in making informed decisions.

Financial Management

• Own the financial performance of the account, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and margin optimization.
• Ensure contract compliance and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

Strategic Business Development

• Develop and execute long-term account growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.
• Drive pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation, solution design, and client presentations.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand the scope of services.

Contracts & Compliance

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Manage risks, SLAs, and escalations effectively.
• Ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Mentor and guide delivery managers, project managers, and team leads.
