Your role will be to organize and scale the production of design assets, build smooth processes, mentor the team, and deliver high-quality creatives that perform in a fast-paced environment.

📌 What You’ll Do: 
- Lead and manage the design production team (motion & static). 
- Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of creatives. - Build and optimize production pipelines to handle a high volume of assets. 
- Provide feedback, run reviews, and support the professional growth of designers. 
- Ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables across platforms and formats. 
- Collaborate with producers and stakeholders on briefs, planning, and performance analysis. 
- Create key creatives yourself - especially for complex or high-priority projects. 
- Research trends, tools, and approaches to keep the team at the cutting edge. 

✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who: 
- Has 3+ years of experience in design or motion production, ideally in digital advertising. 
- Has at least 1–2 years of team leadership experience (mentoring, managing processes, delegating). 
- Can show a portfolio of high-quality creatives across different formats. 

- Is confident in design and motion tools (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.). 

- Understands workflows of high-volume creative production and how to scale them. 

- Has experience with automation/AI tools (a big plus). 

- Has strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- English B2 for communication, research, and collaboration.
