Requirements:

• 3+ years in performance marketing or growth for mobile apps / subscriptions
• Strong in funnels and creative strategy (web and/or app)
• Confident with metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts
• Comfortable in fast-paced, test-heavy environments
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• English: B2+
