Farming Team Lead $ Offline

We are a fast-growing affiliate marketing company working with Facebook, Google, and other major advertising platforms.

We are looking for a Farmer – a specialist who can manage farming and warm-up of advertising accounts, actively test new approaches, and lead the farming team. Our processes are already well established, so your main focus will be testing new approaches and working with complex platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all farming stages: from supply purchase to final readiness for delivery
• Manage the work of the farming department (2 people)
• Distribute tasks among farmers and monitor KPIs
• Continuously test new approaches, especially to difficult platforms
• Assist the Support team with client requests/issues
• Manage the resources needed: proxies, tools, docs, etc.
• Continuously search for and test new suppliers of accounts, logs, and proxies
• Calculate required budgets and farming costs; propose optimal configurations.
• Prepare reports, keep databases up to date

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Deep understanding of ad account farming and warm-up processes (Google / TikTok / other platforms)
• Ability to research, test new approaches, and evaluate results effectively
• Experience leading a team in farming or related areas
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, costs, and scaling potential.
• Tech proficiency and the ability to navigate technical setups and tools
• Intermediate English level.
