Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL tools (e.g., Spark, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue).

We’re looking for a skilled Houdini Artist to create a cinematic camera animation for a product visualization scene.
The goal is to achieve smooth, realistic, and visually engaging motion that highlights the form and design of the object.

Camera animation only — no modeling or rendering required.

• Animate a single camera around an existing 3D model (vehicle).
• Duration: approximately 40 seconds (~1000 frames 25 fps).

About the Role

We’ve reached a new stage in our brand evolution where community is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s a must-have. As our products scale across Tier-1, Africa, LatAm, and Asia, we’re looking for a Head of Community Management who can build a global community infrastructure from scratch and turn it into a key player retention and loyalty engine.

This role requires building the entire community ops framework — including tone of voice, local team hiring, social platform setup, live chat dynamics, and user-generated content strategies. You’ll have full ownership and a chance to shape something big and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global community management function across casino/sports verticals
• Launch and manage localized communities across Tier-1, Africa, LatAm, and Asia
• Set up and grow regional social channels: Telegram, Instagram, Discord, forums, etc.
• Hire, train, and oversee local community managers and moderators
• Create engaging formats: live chat culture, memes, micro-guides, user stories, reaction content
• Develop “admin characters” (meme personas) to build channel identity and community trust
• Build 24/7 community support processes in collaboration with Customer Care
• Track community impact on key metrics: CRC (Community Retention Cost), UGC volume, engagement
• Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Support, Performance, and Affiliate teams

Requirements

• Experience launching and scaling communities in iGaming, betting, Web3, esports, or similar
• Strong understanding of how community drives retention, loyalty, and acquisition
• Experience managing localized teams across diverse regions and cultures
• Hands-on approach to content, comms tone, and platform mechanics
• Ability to hire and grow community talent (mods, creators, regional leads)
• B2+ level English and comfort working in a multicultural, international environment
• High ownership mindset, leadership skills, and operational structure

What to Expect

• You’ll be at the foundation of a new iGaming brand, with an ambitious goal to bring the project to break-even and then scale it into profitability.
• You’ll have full support from our established brands and internal expertise. This role involves deep, hands-on involvement across all areas of the iGaming business, with a clear path to grow into the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Your Responsibilities

• Launching and growing a new gambling brand (casino + sportsbook)
• Developing a go-to-market strategy and executing it step by step
• Overseeing all core verticals: traffic acquisition, retention, product, platform, payments, CRM, affiliate
• Setting up and optimizing operational processes:
• Calculating unit economics (FTD, CPA, LTV, payback)
• Mapping customer journeys (CX) from registration to repeat deposits
• Building and improving funnels (activation, retention, reactivation, upsell)
• Sourcing and integrating tech and product solutions: payment providers, bonus mechanics, affiliate tools, external services
• Building and leading a team: from hands-on management to structured scaling
• Daily collaboration with marketing, analytics, product, and finance teams
• Gradually shifting from hands-on execution to systematic business management

What We Expect

• At least 2 year of experience in iGaming (ideally across product, marketing, or operations)
• Understanding of how online casinos and sportsbooks work (with B2C focus)
• Ability to build and launch processes from scratch with clear business targets
• Confident working with metrics: spotting bottlenecks, solving problems, improving performance
• Experience in managing traffic, retention, CRM, and lifecycle flows
• Team management experience or readiness to step into that role
• Proactivity, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership
• High level of involvement — ready to build things hands-on when needed
