    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of the crypto & blockchain industry is a must (you should at least be able to explain the difference between Bitcoin and Ethereum). If you’re new to this sphere but are curious and want to learn more about it – we are ready to work with you.
    • English level B1. You need to be able to read and understand industry content with some technical details.
    • Basic understanding of SMM.
    • Basic understanding of marketing metrics.
    • Basic understanding of SEO.

     

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Content creation. You will learn how to write content for different marketing channels (social media, email, blog etc.) and how to distribute it. Also you will learn SEO concepts such as Keyword Difficulty, Search Volume, Semantic Core, and SERP. And you will understand how to use them in marketing.
    • Learn A LOT of new things that will help you become a real marketer.

     

    You may be given additional tasks to do. It doesn’t mean you have to do all of them at the same time, they just will appear from time to time. These tasks will include, for example, searching for websites to place links (Link Building) or assist with social media posting.

     

    Working conditions:

    • Full-time work only in the Kyiv office (we have 1 remote day a week available). Working hours are generally between 10-11 and 18-19, but we don’t have strict time rules, the main requirement is to deliver tasks on time;
    • Educational plan;

    • Young team members. All team members are in their 20s. We have an open communication throughout the team, you can literally enter the CEO’s office room without knocking.
    • Office located between Lukianivska and Dorohozhychi (15 mins walk from both stations, also there is direct public transportation to our office). Our office has an open roof 😏 and we have regular barbeque parties.
    • Salary in USDT at market level. Also, we have a KPI-based bonus system: if you complete your KPI – you get a multiplier to your salary.
