           At the end of last year, we took a major step towards the future of our business. We introduced a network video recorder and three wired cameras β€” products in which video surveillance meets the highest security standards.

         Our cameras combine high-resolution video surveillance with an unprecedented level of privacy. They are equipped with built-in AI recognizing various objects, including people, vehicles, and pets.

    We are looking for a new player to join our video team and contribute to developing these products with us.
     

    Knowledge and skills required:
     

    • strong technical background in embedded systems development, with experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role;
    • experience managing embedded/automotive/IoT projects as a TPM or similar roles;
    • strong communication skills with the engineering team and senior leadership;
    • problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset;
    • ability to analyze risks and consider them in delivery;
    • knowledge of various development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban);
    • upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English or higher.
    • bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
       

    Responsibilities:


     

    • manage multiple development teams (software, hardware, mechanic, optics);
    • ensuring complete transparency of projects (order in documentation, reports, tasks);
    • coordinate work with related departments, such as other development teams, supply chain, production during product launch;
    • planning and coordinating all project activities;
    • preparing and organizing the necessary project documentationLeading and motivating the project team.
       

    Will be a plus:
     

    • experience working with cross-platform projects;
    • knowledge of production processes and vendor relations;
    • familiarity with video surveillance technologies and video processing basics.
