    As a Social Media / Meta Ads Manager you will

    • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across social media and search platforms to attract leads and increase brand awareness
    • Define, monitor, and analyze key marketing KPIs to ensure performance goals are met
    • Develop and execute content strategies for Kindgeek and Easyflow social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube)
    • Assist with the preparation of the Flow video podcast for YouTube β€” searching for materials for editing, creating materials, preparing descriptions for videos, and subsequently posts based on episodes.
    • Transform input from the owner (text, audio, video, images, ideas) into high-quality, engaging, and targeted content (e.g., threads, short tweets, posts, articles, memes).
    • Create and manage advertising creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels in collaboration with design and marketing teams
    • Generate ideas for content, developing and maintaining a content plan based on selected goals and strategies.
    • Manage social media calendars, write posts, and engage with the community to strengthen brand image and awareness
    • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and cost efficiency
    • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and social media analytics, offering insights and improvement recommendations
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and algorithm changes to ensure best practices in digital marketing

       

    We’re looking for a Social Media / Meta Ads Manager who has:

    • 1+ year of experience in social media management or/and performance marketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B segments)
    • Proven experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROI) and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
    • Experience creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns based on business goals and KPIs
    • Solid understanding of organic and paid social media strategies
    • Excellent copywriting skills in English (Upper-Intermediate+) and ability to adapt tone across platforms
    • Hands-on experience with content planning tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
    • Creative mindset combined with a data-driven approach
    • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) is a plus

    • Design and maintain Terraform modules to provision secure, tenant-isolated environments.
    • Build and harden AWS components commonly including: VPC, IAM, ECS/Fargate, ALB, RDS, S3, KMS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, plus security services/patterns (e.g., WAF/GuardDuty where appropriate). 
    • Implement GCP equivalents and keep a consistent architecture baseline as multi-cloud support expands. 

    Deployment automation & CI/CD

    • Build/maintain CI pipelines for infra (lint/validate/plan/apply discipline, module versioning, safe rollouts).
    • Improve deployment workflows for runtime and customer tenant environments (repeatable, reversible, documented).

    Observability & operational readiness

    • Standardize logging/metrics/tracing to support debugging, uptime, and auditability.
    • Create runbooks and operational playbooks for common incidents and platform operations.

    Security-by-default for regulated workloads

    • Apply least-privilege IAM patterns, secure secrets handling, encryption defaults, logging/audit trails, and change traceability.
    • Partner with engineering to keep the platform β€œaudit-ready” in practice (not just on paper). 

     

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure (startup pace preferred).

    A core requirement of this role is working with an open-source / open-weights LLM that we will fine-tune and run ourselves. You’ll help take it end-to-end β€” from data β†’ training β†’ evaluation β†’ serving β†’ iteration β€” and integrate it into real, user-facing product flows.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    1) Build & ship AI-powered product features (end-to-end)

    • Deliver features from prototype to production: UI, backend, integrations, deployments, and iteration.
    • Use AI coding tools/agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality (tests, reviews, standards).
    • Own rollout strategy: feature flags, staged releases, rollback plans, and production support.

    2) Design agentic workflows and β€œAI inside” capabilities

    • Implement LLM features such as:
      • Tool/function calling with strict schemas and reliable fallbacks.
      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) when needed (grounding, freshness, controllable outputs).
      • Multi-step agent flows (routing, planner/executor patterns, memory/context strategies).
    • Integrate external tools/services securely (internal APIs, CMS, analytics, ticketing, CRM, etc.).

    3) Open-source LLM training & lifecycle ownership

    • Help select the best open-weights model baseline based on quality, licensing, latency, context length, and multilingual support.
    • Build and maintain the data pipeline: collection, cleaning, de-duplication, PII redaction, formatting, and dataset versioning.
    • Run fine-tuning workflows (e.g., SFT and preference tuning when relevant) with reproducibility and experiment tracking.
    • Build a practical evaluation suite (golden sets + edge/adversarial cases) to gate training runs and releases.
    • Drive iterative improvement using an error taxonomy: failures β†’ targeted data improvements β†’ retrain β†’ regression checks β†’ release notes.

    4) Inference, serving, and performance optimization

    • Package and deploy the model for production serving (containerized) with reliability and observability.
    • Optimize serving latency/cost via batching, caching, quantization, and safe model routing where applicable.
    • Implement system-level guardrails: schema-constrained outputs, input validation, tool allowlists, rate limits, and safe degradation paths.

    5) Evals-first development and observability

    • Define success metrics (quality, groundedness, refusal behavior, latency, cost, user satisfaction) and track them continuously.
    • Instrument LLM flows with tracing (inputs, tool calls, retrieved docs, outputs, model/version, latency, cost).
    • Maintain prompt/version control and changelogs; support A/B tests and controlled rollouts.

    6) Collaboration & enablement

    • Work closely with Product, Design, Data, and QA to translate β€œvibes” into measurable outcomes.
    • Create lightweight playbooks: eval templates, prompt guidelines, incident runbooks, and β€œhow we build with AI here.”
    • Improve team velocity by sharing patterns and avoiding AI productivity pitfalls (over-trusting outputs, under-testing).

    • 3+ years of software engineering experience (or an equivalent portfolio of shipped products).
