Your job is to make sure things that get started actually get finished. That means SOPs get learned and used, triggered workflows turn into real work, and marketers learn to solve problems on their own. You're the first check between the marketers' work and the Operations Manager. Anything you send up should already include context, analysis and a suggested next step.

Responsibilities

• Watch newsletter health across the pod: growth status, send consistency, segmentation and whether the numbers are right
• Check issues that marketers report, and turn them into documented cases with a suggested fix before sending them up
• Run team problem-solving sessions, case reviews and regular 1:1s matched to each person's level
• Share every SOP and process update, and follow up until it's understood and actually used
• Make sure triggered processes (such as growth-stage QA checks) get done and don't stop at a notification; reopen delayed items and assign next steps
• Track growth milestones, and make sure promo, broadcast, QA and partner actions happen on time
• Help marketers with fixes, drafts and ideas, and review their work before it goes to designers or for approval
