Technical Project Manager
Brights continues to expand, and we are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong leadership skills, solid project management expertise, and a confident technical background π

Key Responsibilities:
β’ Own end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring predictable outcomes in scope, timeline, budget, and quality;
β’ Lead project planning and execution: define scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics;
β’ Act as the primary delivery owner and escalation point for both clients and engineering teams;
β’ Deeply understand business and technical requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate them into clear, actionable technical tasks and priorities;
β’ Collaborate closely with engineers and architects on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery approaches;
β’ Establish and continuously improve delivery and engineering processes aligned with Agile principles;
β’ Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery, technical, and resource risks, driving mitigation actions;
β’ Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (up to 10β15 FTE), remove blockers, and maintain high team engagement;
β’ Monitor project health using delivery and technical metrics, taking corrective actions when needed;
β’ Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through transparent communication and reliable delivery.
Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of experience managing software development projects with full delivery responsibility;
β’ Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software architecture, development lifecycle, and modern web technologies;
β’ Proven experience leading teams and making decisions in ambiguous or high-pressure situations;
β’ Deep understanding of Agile principles with hands-on experience applying Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches;
β’ Ability to structure complex client needs into clear technical and functional solutions;
β’ Experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment;
β’ Experience in effort estimation, budgeting, and preparation of commercial proposals;
β’ High level of ownership, accountability, and organizational skills;
β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
β’ Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above).
Would be a plus:
β’ Previous hands-on experience as a software engineer or QA specialist;
β’ Experience working with distributed or cross-location teams;
β’ Understanding of software quality assurance processes and delivery governance;
β’ Familiarity with modern delivery metrics, performance indicators, and continuous improvement practices.
