IT Project Manager with Business Analysis skills

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis.

This role is a good fit for someone who can confidently communicate with clients, clarify requirements, structure project documentation, coordinate delivery teams, and support the full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation. Previous experience with AI-related projects would be a strong advantage.
 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to understand business goals, project needs, and priorities
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements
  • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation
  • Coordinate communication between clients, developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Support project planning, estimation, scope clarification, and delivery tracking
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and priorities
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
  • Support discovery and pre-sales activities when needed
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and technical teams
     

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a combined PM/BA role
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical tasks
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or similar delivery approaches
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage several workstreams
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English for client communication
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Previous experience with AI, ML, automation, chatbot, LLM, or data-driven projects is a strong advantage
     

Nice to Have

  • Experience in discovery phases and technical/commercial proposal preparation
  • Understanding of AI product development specifics, such as LLMs, RAG, automation workflows, integrations, or data processing
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Notion, Miro, Figma
  • Experience working in outsourcing or outstaffing companies
