Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. • Preferably 3+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
• Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
