About the Role
Weβre looking for a Project Manager/Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations β from coordinating tasks across teams to testing flows, documenting requirements, and updating content in admin panels. This is a junior-to-mid-level role, ideal for someone who likes being hands-on, structured,
and helpful across multiple areas.
You wonβt βownβ the product, but you will own tasks and make sure theyβre completed clearly and on time.What Youβll Do
- Keep task boards and workflows clean and updated in Notion.
- Coordinate and track tasks across Development, Platform, Affiliate, Design, CRM, and other cross-functional teams.
- Follow up on deadlines and make sure tasks are fully delivered.
