Project Manager (Banking, Creatio)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects based on the Terrasoft (Creatio) platform. 

Mandatory requirement: Minimum 1 year of commercial experience working with Creatio (Terrasoft) in a production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams, business analysts, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Ensure that the project aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or software development.
• Experience with Terrasoft (Creatio) is a must-have
• Experience in the banking sector is required
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred).
• Experience in CRM/ERP implementation projects is a plus.
• Experience in banking projects is a big advantage.
