We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can monitor payment performance, work closely with PSPs and internal teams, identify issues, and proactively improve payment stability and efficiency.
 

📅 Your daily adventures include:

• Own the day-to-day operation and performance of payment solutions across assigned platforms, streams, brands, and GEOs;
• Manage operational communication and relationships with PSPs, payment partners, aggregators, and platform representatives, including participation in discussions around commercial and operational conditions, coverage, limits, and service improvements;
• Monitor payment method availability, stability, and key performance metrics, including approval rate, decline rate, deposit success rate, Reg2Dep, and payment method conversion, and promptly respond to performance deterioration or disruptions;
• Analyze payment performance by platform, brand, GEO, provider, payment method, currency, BIN, issuer, and transaction type; identify the main causes of failed or declined transactions and implement improvements;
• Build, maintain, and optimize payment routing, cascading, fallback, and prioritization logic, including BIN-level analysis and identification of issuer-, provider-, and GEO-specific performance issues;
• Identify operational and technical bottlenecks affecting deposit and withdrawal flows and coordinate their resolution with internal teams, platforms, and external payment partners;
• Lead the integration and launch of new PSPs and payment methods, including cards, alternative payment methods, and cryptocurrency solutions, coordinating requirements, configuration, testing, launch readiness, and post-launch monitoring;
• Validate cashier functionality, payment redirects, transaction processing, payment method availability, limits, currencies, and GEO restrictions before and after launch;
• Manage payment-related tasks and incidents through Asana, Jira, platform service desks, and other applicable systems; act as the primary point of contact for operational and technical payment incidents, ensuring timely escalation and clear status updates until resolution;
• Monitor PSP performance against agreed operational expectations and initiate corrective actions when performance, stability, or service quality is insufficient;
• Cooperate with Risk & Fraud Prevention, Customer Support, VIP, Product, Retention, Technical, QA, and Analytics teams on payment-related cases and improvement initiatives, including transaction-level investigation of player payment issues;
• Maintain an up-to-date payment method matrix and payment documentation covering brands, GEOs, platforms, providers, currencies, limits, availability, provider information, error descriptions, escalation contacts, operational instructions, and troubleshooting procedures;
• Prepare regular and ad hoc payment performance reports and use dashboards, back offices, monitoring tools, and transaction reports to identify trends, incidents, provider stability issues, performance gaps, implemented improvements, and areas requiring management attention;
• Proactively recommend and implement solutions aimed at improving payment stability, scalability, customer experience, and the overall financial performance of the Company.

🧭 What makes you a great match:

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a PSP Manager or in a similar payments-focused role;
• Hands-on experience with fiat payments, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency;
• Experience with payment monitoring and analysis of approval rates and transaction performance;

• Experience with BI and reporting tools; Tableau is highly preferred;

• Handle player inquiries via Live Chat, Helpdesk, email, and other approved communication channels;

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and motivated Omnichannel Inventory Planning Manager to help us optimize inventory and demand planning across our growing retail and ecommerce business.

You will work with sales, supply planning, operations, finance, logistics, and retail teams to make sure we have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

You don't need experience across every retail channel. Strong experience with Amazon, Walmart, or Target is enough to be considered. Experience with additional retail channels is a plus, and we are ready to teach you the specifics of the other channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

📦 Demand & Inventory Planning

• Manage demand and inventory planning for key retail and ecommerce channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts, overstock, and supply risks.
• Analyze sales trends, historical performance, seasonality, promotions, and other demand drivers.
• Support production and replenishment planning based on expected demand.

🛒 Retail & Ecommerce Planning

• Support inventory planning for channels such as Walmart, Target, Amazon, and other retail partners.
• Optimize inventory availability across different channels.
• Help ensure products are ready for launches, promotions, seasonal events, and changes in demand.
• Monitor retailer performance and identify opportunities to improve availability and sales.

📊 Forecasting & Analytics

• Build and maintain demand forecasts and inventory plans.
• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, stock coverage, and OTIF.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Work with Power BI and Google Sheets to monitor data and create planning reports.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing.
• Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics partners when needed.
• Support monthly S&OP and planning processes.

⚡ Process Improvement

• Follow and improve existing planning SOPs and processes.
• Identify opportunities to make forecasting, reporting, and inventory planning more efficient.
• Help develop better dashboards, reports, and planning methodologies as the business grows.

🔎 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, retail planning, supply planning, operations, or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major retail/ecommerce channel: Amazon, Walmart, or Target.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, and retail operations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Experience working with Google Sheets/ Excel, Power BI or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset and strong ownership — you don't wait for problems to become urgent before acting.

The corporate security function does not yet exist within the company — you will be the first person in this role and will build it from the ground up, with direct influence on key business decisions.

The purpose of this role is the comprehensive protection of the company's assets, information, and interests through the creation of an integrated security system — spanning financial-economic, information, and internal security — that minimizes the risks of loss, fraud, and misconduct, while simultaneously supporting business stability and scalability.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Building the corporate and internal security function from the ground up: developing policies, control processes, and reporting systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in the field of corporate security, with experience in investigations and building internal control systems (FinTech, Blockchain, or high-risk sectors).
• Proven experience in building a security function from the ground up.

• Understanding of digital business and cash flows: understanding of transaction mechanisms, knowledge of international payment systems (IBAN, SWIFT).

We are looking for a Senior Game Producer to own the full lifecycle of casino game development, from concept to release, while ensuring product vision, market fit, and commercial success across the game portfolio.

• Responsibilities:

QA for AI products is a discipline that barely exists yet. We run up to thousands of automated tests per day plus continuous manual testing by a pool of freelance testers. You own the why: what we test, why, to what depth, and how the testing operation is organized. Business and user-value thinking matters more than deep technical knowledge.

What you will do
- Own the AI testing strategy: what gets tested, why, and to what depth
- Organize test sets across many parallel variations (often 50 at once)
- Review and mark AI outputs, and define how manual testers evaluate them
- Brief and distribute work to the freelance tester pool
