- About the Role:
We are looking for a Game Designer to join an international team, responsible for developing and evolving game products — from mechanics and concepts to game math and balance.
- Responsibilities:
Design and develop game mechanics;
Create concepts for new games and features;
Work with game math and balance;
Analyse metrics and player behaviour;
Collaborate with developers, artists, and other team members;
Improve existing games based on data and feedback.
- Requirements:
Experience as a Game Designer in iGaming;
Strong understanding of game mechanics and monetisation principles;
Ability to work with analytics and game metrics;
Systemic thinking and attention to detail.
