Technical Requirements

• AI/ LLM Mastery: Advanced experience with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and prompt engineering.
• Backend & Orchestration: Expert proficiency in Python; proven experience building autonomous agentic workflows (e.g., CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom solutions).
• Frontend Excellence: Strong command of React and TypeScript for building complex AI dashboards and interfaces.

We are looking for a Head of Retention to take full ownership of CRM and player retention for a B2C online casino brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build the retention function from the ground up. At the initial stage, there will be no large CRM team underneath you — you will personally set up the processes, segmentation, campaigns, and retention strategy. As the product scales, the function and team are expected to grow around this role.

The product is currently being prepared for launch in new European markets, with an initial focus on the DACH region.

What you will do:

• Build and own the CRM & Retention function from the ground up.
• Develop the player lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and churn prevention.
• Create and manage segmented CRM campaigns across Email, Push, SMS and In-app channels.
• Build player segmentation based on lifecycle stage, behaviour and value.

You will create game-ready 2D illustrations and assets from scratch in Adobe Photoshop, prepare them for rigging, build animation rigs, and animate characters, objects, environments, and UI elements in Spine 2D

In this role, you will bring characters, environments, objects, and user interfaces to life through high-quality animations. You will work closely with artists, UI designers, game designers, and developers to create polished, dynamic, and visually appealing gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities
- Create and animate 2D characters, objects, environments, and UI elements using Spine 2D.
- Build and maintain animation rigs for characters and interactive game assets.
- Polish animations by refining timing, anticipation, smoothness, readability, and overall visual quality.
