POSITION OVERVIEW

Valhalla Vitality is seeking an organized, relationship-driven, AI-first Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our growing affiliate and creator partnerships program.

This role is responsible for managing affiliate communications, onboarding new partners, coordinating content submissions, tracking performance, and ensuring payouts are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with the Commercial Growth Leader, you will serve as the operational owner of the affiliate program, allowing leadership to focus on strategy while you ensure the program scales efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliate & Partner Management

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for affiliate partners and creators.
• Respond to affiliate inquiries within 24 hours.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, and agency partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to keep partners engaged and active.

Affiliate Onboarding

• Coordinate new affiliate onboarding from agreement through activation.
• Manage contract collection and onboarding documentation.
• Set up and validate UTM tracking links.
• Ensure every new affiliate is fully onboarded within 24 hours of signing.

Creator Recruitment

• Identify and recruit micro- and nano-influencers aligned with the Valhalla Vitality brand.
• Conduct daily outreach to prospective affiliates and creators.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified creators using CRM and tracking tools.
• Develop relationships with influencer agencies and partnership networks.

Content Coordination

• Track all affiliate content submissions.
• Route content for internal review and approval.
• Identify potential compliance concerns before content is published.
• Ensure content deadlines are met each month.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain the affiliate tracking database.
• Produce monthly performance reports, including:
• Affiliate performance
• New customer acquisition
• Revenue generated
• Conversion metrics
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Monitor affiliate activity and identify opportunities for optimization.

Financial Coordination

• Coordinate monthly affiliate payouts.
• Review invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment processing.

Process & Automation

• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and Google Sheets.
• Support ownership of affiliate automation systems as they are implemented.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to affiliate communications within one business day.
• Update affiliate trackers with submissions, conversions, and campaign activity.
• Follow up on outstanding contracts, onboarding tasks, and invoices.
• Prospect and contact new affiliate creators daily.
• Sign approximately 10–20 new creators per month.
• Log all outreach and partner activity in HubSpot.
• Monitor affiliate content submissions and approval status.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnership management, or creator relations.
• Experience managing multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating campaigns from onboarding through reporting.

Technical Skills

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, reports, and operational workflows.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.

Software Experience

• HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with influencer discovery platforms (such as Upfluence or similar) is preferred.

Preferred Background

• Health, wellness, beauty, telehealth, or healthcare marketing experience.
• Experience working with U.S.-based consumer brands.
• Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs focused on performance marketing.

• Affiliate onboarding process documented and operating smoothly.
• Initial outreach campaign of approximately 20 new creator prospects per day launched.

First 60 Days

• Minimum of 20 new affiliates signed and fully onboarded.
• Content review and approval process operating independently.
• Monthly payout process completed without leadership involvement.
• Outreach pipeline contains 50+ qualified creator profiles.

First 90 Days

• Affiliate program operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Monthly affiliate performance report delivered consistently.
• Active affiliate base continues to grow.
• Affiliate channel maintains a Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) of $150 or less.
• Commercial Growth Leader is no longer responsible for daily operational management of the affiliate program.

We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer to join our team of talented developers for a stable yet dynamic project.

As the Golang Developer, you will play an integral role in developing, maintaining, and refactoring the existing codebase of a multi-service product with complex logic. You will work closely with our experienced Backend team and use the latest stack.

About the project:

A stable enterprise product for creating marketing presentations, preparing accompanying materials, and developing sales cycle business assistants for global pharmaceutical companies such as AstraZeneca, Novartis, Pfizer, Veeva etc., and financial institutions like ING and Van Lanschot. Completely our code base, we have been developing it since 2015.

Our services are distributed across multiple Availability Zones, adhering to a service-oriented architecture. Since 2018, we have prioritized GraphQL, although we maintain comprehensive support for RESTful APIs. Our core API services are built on a diverse stack of programming languages, each chosen to optimize task performance. This stack includes a rapidly evolving Golang Core API, legacy Core API services in PHP (leveraging frameworks like Laravel and Yii2) for established business logic and data layer interactions, Node.js (utilizing both JavaScript and TypeScript), Python APIs, and .NET Core C# components.

We utilize a hybrid cloud infrastructure, harnessing the strengths of both AWS and GCP to meet our operational needs, and focus on Serverless. Our work also involves extensive integration with API partners, including Veeva, Salesforce, and a variety of others, to ensure a seamless and robust service ecosystem.

As a product with high-security requirements, we undergo regular penetration testing from auditors and client companies to ensure compliance with industry standards such as OWASP, SOC, and ISO.

Essentials:

- Advanced knowledge of Golang, with experience in web frameworks such as Gin or Echo.

- Proficiency in developing automated tests using frameworks like Go Testing, Ginkgo, etc.

- Expertise in performance monitoring, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and an understanding of transactions.

- Understanding of OOP, design patterns, cryptography, algorithms, and data structures.

- Versatility and comprehension of how all aspects of a web project work together (frontend, backend, and the network layer).

- Basic System Design skills.

- English reading and writing: Upper Intermediate.

- English speaking: Lower Intermediate.

Nice-to-haves:

- Development experience with Node.js, PHP.

Your Mission: to drive the logic and architecture, coordinate the overall effort of user retention

• ​​Develop and implement a multi-channel overall Retention and CRM strategy for online casinos to boost customer onboarding experience, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Identify and apply promotional mechanics that align with different user psychotypes and behavioral triggers to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion.

Our requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as Retention Team Lead.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of Customer Journey Optimization best practices, with experience in developing and implementing testing strategies across channels, including designing and analyzing contact strategies, automation techniques/tools and customer experience optimization.
• Solid grasp of the full range of promotional tools (bonuses, gamification, rewards, challenges, etc.) and the underlying logic, including their mathematical models, economic constraints, and long-term profitability impact.
• Segment-Oriented Thinking: Skill in building and managing dynamic customer segments based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stage, and applying tailored retention strategies to each.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 4+ people and managing an international and geographically dispersed multicultural English speaking digital team.
