Senior Retention Manager iGaming

We are looking for a Senior Retention Manager to lead player retention, engagement, and monetization across high-velocity global markets.

We are a fast-growing iGaming startup founded by a powerhouse team of Ukrainian experts and top industry professionals. Driven by data and clean execution, we scale products across Tier-1 GEOs with zero bureaucracy and maximum freedom for impactful experiments.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage retention and reactivation across multiple GEOs, including Tier-1.
• Build and optimize CRM lifecycles: Welcome, Deposit Conversion, Reactivation, Churn Prevention.
• Launch campaigns across Email, SMS, In-App, Web Push, and other channels.
• Build player segments and personalized communication flows.
• Manage bonus emission, bonus costs, and promotional efficiency.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, segments, player behavior, and retention KPIs.
• Run A/B tests and turn insights into revenue growth.

• Work with Product, BI, VIP, and Acquisition teams to improve LTV and repeat deposits.

   

Required Experience
 

• 3+ years in iGaming Retention / CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Tier-1 markets.
• Experience managing CRM campaigns and automation independently.
• Proven experience in bonus emission management and bonus cost control.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, churn, reactivation, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of Retention Rate, Repeat Deposit Rate, LTV, ARPPU, NGR, Bonus Cost, and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple GEOs, campaigns, and segments simultaneously.
