Agentic AI Specialist (Microsoft 365 Ecosystem)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior, hands-on Agentic AI Specialist to design, build, deploy, administer, govern, and support enterprise AI agents across the Microsoft ecosystem.
The role combines AI-agent development, Microsoft platform engineering, solution architecture, governance, and production support. You will own the full agent lifecycle - from architecture and development through testing, deployment, monitoring, support, continuous improvement, and retirement.
The ideal candidate is not only an AI developer, but a hands-on technical specialist who can design enterprise AI solutions, build them using Microsoft technologies, integrate them with business systems, and ensure they are secure, governed, reliable, and production-ready.
This is a full-time (100%) position for an initial six-month period, with the possibility of extension.

Optimise AI solutions for reliability, performance, security, and business value.
Microsoft AI Platform Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Power Platform, and related services.
- Manage agent configuration, permissions, publishing, monitoring, connectors, gateways, environments, and lifecycle processes.
- Support the organisational Agent Store and agent catalogue.
Maintain operational documentation, administration procedures, and support runbooks.
AI Governance, Security & Lifecycle
- Establish practical governance standards covering agent design, testing, evaluation, approval, publishing, monitoring, versioning, support, and retirement.
- Implement appropriate security, access-control, data-protection, compliance, and responsible-AI practices.
Establish processes and guardrails that enable business teams to adopt AI agents safely and consistently.
Production Support & Operations
- Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for AI agents, Copilot, Power Platform, and related Microsoft services.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, configuration, access, security, and performance issues.

- Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
Coordinate technical escalations with Microsoft and other technology providers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, Microsoft, and external vendors.
