Agentic AI Specialist (Microsoft 365 Ecosystem)

$$$$

About the Role

This is a full-time (100%) position, initially planned for six months, with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Agentic AI Specialist to design, implement, administer, govern, and support enterprise AI agents across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete agent lifecycle—from solution design and development to integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, operational support, and retirement. You will work with both low-code and custom development approaches, helping the organisation establish a secure, scalable, and well-governed AI-agent ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI-agent development with solution architecture, Microsoft platform administration, governance, and enterprise-level operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support low-code and custom AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft Foundry (formerly Azure AI Foundry), Power Platform, and Dataverse.
  • Develop agentic solutions and multi-step workflows that interact with enterprise data, applications, and business processes.
  • Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, APIs, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
  • Administer Microsoft Copilot and Agent 365 environments, including Dataverse, connectors, gateways, permissions, publishing, monitoring, Agent Store, and agent lifecycle management.
  • Define and implement practical AI architecture and governance standards covering agent design, testing, evaluation, approval, publishing, security, compliance, monitoring, support, versioning, and retirement.
  • Establish reusable technical patterns, guardrails, and operating procedures for enterprise AI-agent development and adoption.
  • Ensure that agent solutions follow security, data-protection, compliance, and responsible AI requirements.
  • Monitor agent reliability, performance, usage, and operational health, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide hands-on L2/L3 support and troubleshoot platform, integration, configuration, access, security, and performance issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, operational runbooks, and knowledge-base materials.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, Microsoft, and other technology vendors to deliver and support AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and help business users and delivery teams adopt AI-agent capabilities effectively.

  • Strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI concepts, including agent architecture, orchestration, grounding, tool usage, evaluation, lifecycle management, and responsible AI.
  • Ability to develop both low-code and custom AI agents and integrate them with Microsoft and third-party enterprise services.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development approaches, including rapid “vibe coding” workflows, while maintaining enterprise-level engineering, security, and quality standards.
  • Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of AI governance, access management, security, compliance, monitoring, and production-support practices.
  • Ability to work across solution architecture, development, platform administration, governance, and operational support.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, sufficient for independent work with international stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to Have
