Affiliate manager (Tier-1 GEO)
Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry, with its own affiliate program and in-house products across online casino, betting, and poker. The company has been successfully operating for more than 12 years, establishing a strong presence in Tier-1 markets while continuing its global growth and expansion.
We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager.
Your qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Management within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience working with affiliates across different traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, ASO, In-app, Email, Push, Native, etc.).
- Strong understanding of affiliate business models, including CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL, Flat Fee, and other commercial agreements.
- Experience analyzing affiliate performance using tracking platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in product companies or affiliate programs within iGaming will be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience working with Tier-1 markets is required.
- An established personal network of partners will be considered a strong advantage.
- English level — Intermediate or higher.
Key responsibilities:
- Attracting new partners and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
- Developing proposals for partners to improve the effectiveness of collaboration;
- Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners;
- Analyzing and optimizing current campaigns, improving key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Daily traffic monitoring, reporting, and monitoring of target achievement;
- Coordinating with internal departments to support successful campaigns;
- Participating in industry events and conferences to develop the partner network.
