We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality of our web and mobile products. This role requires a high level of ownership, independence, and strong communication skills, as you will be the primary QA specialist on the project, working closely with developers and the Product Owner.
REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in manual software testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English with the ability to communicate confidently and understand native speakers – MUST.
• Strong STLC knowledge, test design techniques, and experience with various testing types (functional, regression, exploratory, integration)
• Experience testing web and iOS applications.
• Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

This role sits at the intersection of data, media buying, and creative production. You will be responsible for managing traffic flows, analyzing funnel performance, running A/B tests, and turning data into actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize landing pages, offers, and traffic flows within Keitaro or similar tracking platforms.
• Monitor and improve funnel performance across multiple campaigns.
• Launch and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, offers, headlines, layouts, CTAs, and user journeys.
• Identify winning and losing funnel elements based on statistical data.
• Work closely with Media Buyers to align funnel strategy with traffic sources, targeting, and campaign angles.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and Designers by providing performance insights and creative recommendations.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CR, CPA, EPC, ROI, and other funnel KPIs.

• Prepare clear performance reports and actionable optimization plans.

   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Keitaro, Voluum, Binom, or similar affiliate tracking platforms.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, traffic routing, postbacks, redirects, and tracking setup.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, or media buying environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on data.
• Experience running and evaluating A/B tests.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, and EPC.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of funnel performance.
