Founding CTO / Head of Engineering (AI Agents)

The company builds AI agents and digital workers that automate real-world business operations, analytics, and management workflows.

We are looking for a hands-on CTO who combines strong engineering experience with product thinking and startup execution.

This is not a corporate CTO position.

You will personally design the architecture, write code, build AI products, hire engineers, and shape the company’s strategy with the founder.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years as a CTO, CTO, or CTO
• Strong backend or fullstack experience
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases, agent frameworks, RAG systems, and LLM applications
• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience working at a startup or early stage company
• Ability to go from idea to MVP in weeks, not months

Desirable:

• Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Experience building internal platforms or SDKs
• Experience as a previous founder or CTO of a startup
