✅ Experience building and managing end-to-end ad funnels from cold traffic to converted lead 

✅ Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft/Bing Ads, native platforms, and Google Tag Manager

We're looking for a creative video editor who lives and breathes content — someone with strong editing instincts who knows how to turn a clear script into a video that looks great, feels right, and stops the scroll.

What You'll Do:
→ Edit short-form videos for ads, social media, and digital campaigns
→ Turn ready-made scripts and briefs into strong, polished video creatives
→ Work with existing footage, images, voiceovers, avatars, and AI-generated assets
→ Create AI-based videos according to clear briefs
→ Create videos both with AI tools and without AI, depending on the project
→ Improve existing videos based on feedback
→ Adapt videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels
→ Work across multiple brands, industries, and creative styles
→ Maintain a fast, organized, and detail-oriented workflow

You're the Right Fit If You Have:
✅ Proven experience editing short-form videos
✅ Strong skills in editing, pacing, visual storytelling, subtitles, and sound

What Really Matters to Us:
Good taste.  Strong editing instincts.  An understanding of short-form video, and the ability to take a written idea and turn it into a polished creative asset. At the beginning, scripts and creative direction will come from us. Over time, if there's a good fit, we'd love for this person to also suggest improvements, ideas, and creative directions.

Scope:
Part-time to start, with the possibility to grow into a larger role. This is an ongoing position.
