We are a fast‑growing iGaming product operating across Tier‑1 markets and serving millions of users worldwide. Our Ukrainian team is ambitious, highly capable, and ready to scale. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will drive global growth, strengthen our brand, and lead marketing excellence across diverse regions.

 

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

 

• Strategic and operational leadership of the marketing function.

• Development and execution of a global marketing strategy focused on Tier‑1 markets.

• Ownership of brand positioning and communication strategy to ensure consistency across all channels.

• Management of performance marketing, affiliate, SEO, SMM, CRM, and media buying teams.

• Building and optimizing acquisition funnels with focus on ROI, CAC, LTV:CAC ratio.

• Identification and scaling of new traffic channels, including programmatic, influencer, and emerging platforms.

• Deep analysis of marketing performance, customer lifecycle, and market trends; providing actionable insights.

• Collaboration with product, analytics, and business teams to maximize financial performance.

• Development of retention and loyalty strategies tailored to Tier‑1 audiences.

• Oversight of compliance and responsible marketing practices in regulated markets.

 

📊 Required Experience:

 

• 4+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally in iGaming or FinTech.

• Proven track record of success in Tier‑1 markets.

• Strong expertise in traffic acquisition channels (ASO, PPC, FB, inApp, programmatic, SEO).

• Experience managing in‑house teams and external partners/agencies.

• Advanced analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and optimize campaigns.

• Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs: deposits, ARPU, LTV, retention, fraud.

• English proficiency at C1+ level (mandatory); Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus for team collaboration.

• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution skills.
