About the Role

APOPO is implementing a new version of its ODOO ERP system across its operations. The ERP and IT Systems Specialist will serve as the local point of contact in Ukraine for ODOO user support, training and implementation.

The position does not require advanced ODOO development experience. A good general technical understanding, strong digital skills, the ability to learn new systems quickly, and the ability to explain processes clearly to users are essential.

The successful candidate will receive dedicated training on APOPO’s ODOO environment, including training abroad with the development team, before supporting the system rollout in Ukraine.

Important: This position requires international travel for training purposes. Therefore, candidates must have the legal right to leave Ukraine and return to Ukraine as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the rollout and adoption of ODOO across APOPO Ukraine departments and cost centres.

We are looking for a strong CMO / Chief Marketing Officer to join an international product company in the Nutra vertical and lead the development and scaling of its marketing function across international markets.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
• Scale user acquisition and revenue across Europe and LATAM
• Lead key performance channels: Affiliate, Facebook, and SEO
• Develop the affiliate ecosystem and build relationships with key webmasters and traffic owners
• Analyze channel performance and key metrics including ROI/ROMI, CAC, and LTV
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful sources and campaigns
• Build, manage, and optimize the marketing budget
• Lead and develop the marketing team, set KPIs, and drive performance
• Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and other internal teams
• Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at international industry conferences

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing
• Experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Performance, or at a comparable level
• Mandatory Nutra experience
• Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Facebook, and SEO
• Experience working with international GEOs, particularly Europe and LATAM
• Proven experience building and managing marketing teams
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience working with webmasters, affiliate partners, and traffic sources
• English B2+
• Willingness to attend international industry conferences

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or targeting.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Experience with SEO and basic understanding of how SEO works.
• Basic or practical knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO) / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), or strong interest in learning and developing these skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, website data, and key marketing metrics.
• Understanding of key paid advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to actively use AI tools for research, content creation, campaign analysis, SEO/AIO, and process optimization.
• Ability to work with several projects and tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for client projects.
• Analyze advertising performance and make adjustments to improve conversions, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
• Work with different campaign types, audiences, creatives, keywords, and targeting settings.
• Conduct basic audience and competitor research to support advertising campaigns.
• Work with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and basic technical SEO tasks.
• Support AIO/GEO optimization to improve clients' visibility in AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Set up and check GA4 and Google Tag Manager tracking, including events and conversions.
• Monitor website and advertising performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work on several client projects simultaneously and meet agreed deadlines.
• Follow updates and trends in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AI search and apply relevant approaches to projects.
• Use AI tools to make marketing research, campaign analysis, SEO, content, and other marketing tasks more efficient.
