Lead Generation Manager

We are building AI assistants for online stores - https://glaife.com.

They handle customer support and shopping help in the chat on the store's website and in email or messengers We set up the agent, connect it to the store's systems, and keep improving it.
 

Our agents already handle 20,000+ customer conversations a month for 2 US stores with $40M and $88M in annual revenue.
 

We're looking for a lead generation manager to fill our pipeline.
 

You'll work directly with the founder.
 

What you'll do:

• Research online stores in the US and Europe with $10–200M in revenue.
• Filter stores without AI customer support.
• Run email and LinkedIn outreach via automation tools.
• Handle replies and book calls for the founder.
   

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of experience as an SDR with a proven record of results in the tech industry.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Linked Helper, Apollo, Instantly and Wiza, Claude
• Proactivity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to get things done.
   

What we offer:

• $1,000/month base salary.
• $100 per ICP meeting booked.
