This is not a classical bookkeeping role. It is an operational finance role focused on understanding money movement logic, commission structures, margins, and how every transaction impacts the company’s financial result.

You will work with all financial flows, reconcile transactions, build reporting structures, identify discrepancies, calculate profitability, and provide the owner with a clear real-time picture of where the business earns and where it loses money.

What You Will Do

• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing transactions
• Control transfers between accounts, wallets, and counterparties
• Perform regular reconciliations
• Identify and investigate unrecorded transactions
• Calculate commissions (both % and absolute value)
• Prepare monthly P&L reports by business direction
• Break down expenses and profitability
