    Requirements

    • At least five years in IT infrastructure, operations, or automation roles

    • Proven experience implementing ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshservice, GLPI, Snipe-IT)
    • Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or Golang (a plus)
