Account manager / Sales manager

FLH Services connects top talent with industry-leading companies. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join a dynamic B2B media company specializing in advertising sales for a niche market.

This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours and the opportunity to collaborate with a global team.

Role Overview:

Sales B2B – media and advertising sales in printed magazine and website targeted at decision-makers in a niche market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals and client follow-up.
  • Develop relationships with businesses worldwide, selling media and advertising services.
  • Communicate via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage decision-makers.
  • Work with provided leads and strategize on long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, and future sales initiatives.
  • Participate in company-provided training and development sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or similar industries.
  • Experience selling to companies with long sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Confidence in engaging clients via phone, email, and video calls.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a stable career history.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
