Role Overview
We are looking for a senior-level backend developer who can design and build the backend of our cloud-native banking platform. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Power BI Developer to join our Data & Analytics team in CTO office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards that turn data into critical insights and support business decision-making for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports with efficient, impactful data visualizations.
• Connect to diverse data sources, import data, and perform data transformation to support Business Intelligence needs.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, maintainable technical specifications and data models.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development or a similar senior BI role.
• Deep expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking with a knack for translating data into compelling visual stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with AWS and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fraud detection systems for web traffic and lead generation
