Creative Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative marketer to join our team.
 

Someone who understands digital marketing, has a good feel for content and communication, and knows how to use modern tools — including AI — to work faster and better.
 

This role is for a person who can turn ideas into strong marketing execution, find good angles, improve messaging, and help the team create better campaigns and creative materials across different channels.

What you’ll do
    •    Work on marketing ideas, messaging, creative angles, and campaign materials across different channels
    •    Help develop campaigns for social media, ads, landing pages, and other growth tasks
    •    Research audiences, offers, and content approaches
    •    Test different messages, formats, and creative directions
    •    Use AI tools where they improve speed, quality, or idea generation
    •    Work with the team to turn raw ideas into strong marketing execution
    •    Help improve the overall quality and effectiveness of our marketing
 

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of experience in marketing, content, social media, copywriting, creative strategy, or a similar role
• Understanding of digital marketing basics
• Ability to tell what content and messaging are strong and what feels weak or generic
• Good taste, strong sense of communication, and attention to detail
• Interest in modern tools, trends, and content formats
• Experience using AI tools in work is a plus
• Fast learner with initiative and ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, UGC, paid creatives, or performance marketing
• Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut, Runway, or similar tools

• Startup experience
