Technical Product / Project Manager β Chargeback and Dispute Prevention
We are looking for a strong Technical Product / Project Manager who deeply understands the chargeback ecosystem and has hands-on experience with dispute prevention and resolution flows.
You should know how chargeback mitigation services work in practice, including alert-based prevention, representment logic, reason codes, issuer/acquirer flows, fraud signals, VRM / Verifi / Ethoca-style workflows, and the operational side of dispute handling. We need someone who can connect product thinking, payments knowledge, data analysis, and execution.
In this role, you will help shape and drive products focused on reducing chargebacks, improving dispute recovery, analyzing payment performance, and building practical workflows for merchants.
What we expect:
- Strong experience in chargebacks, disputes, fraud, and card payment operations
- Deep understanding of chargeback prevention services and alert/refund workflows
- Good grasp of payment processing, acquiring, MID-level performance, reason codes, and representment
- Ability to translate industry knowledge into product requirements and operational improvements
- Experience working with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- English sufficient for professional communication
Would be a big plus:
- Experience with subscription billing or high-risk / high-chargeback verticals
- Background in PSPs, acquirers, fraud tools, or merchant-side payment teams
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or workflow products in payments
