About the Role

We are building a game provider aggregator platform from scratch and looking for an Engineering Lead to design the architecture, drive technical execution, and build the engineering team from the ground up. You will be responsible for scalable, high‑load systems that integrate dozens (and later hundreds) of game providers while ensuring reliability, security, and performance for international operators.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical architecture and engineering roadmap of the aggregator platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑load backend systems (millions of API calls, low latency, fail‑safe flows).

ServiceNow Developer (React & AI-Assisted Scripting) 💡

We are porting our advanced saiq CRM platform to the ServiceNow platform, and we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the integration, authorization, and deployment of our React-based CRM client within ServiceNow Workspaces. A key innovation of our workflow is the use of AI agents to automatically generate ServiceNow scripting and provisioning setups—your role will involve supervising, refining, and extending these AI-generated configurations, alongside core ServiceNow development.

What You'll Do

You will be a key contributor in adapting and deploying our CRM platform onto ServiceNow, focusing on the following core areas:

1. ⚛️ React & ServiceNow Workspace Integration

• Integrate and optimize the CRM Client—a modern React application—directly into ServiceNow Workspaces.
• Utilize the ServiceNow UX Framework (Seismic), custom components, or portal integrations to deliver a seamless, high-performance user experience.
• Ensure responsive layouts and native-feeling UI alignment with ServiceNow's design guidelines.

2. 🤖 AI-Assisted Backend Provisioning & Scripting

• Collaborate with our AI platform and agent workflows that automatically generate ServiceNow configurations (Tables, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer).
• Review, test, audit, and refine AI-generated scripts to ensure they meet ServiceNow best practices, performance guidelines, and security requirements.
• Develop custom ServiceNow scripts, catalog items, and workflows where manual intervention or complex logic is required.

3. 🔐 Authorization & System Integration

• Design and implement robust security and authentication workflows (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Single Sign-On) between the React CRM client, the ServiceNow backend, and external systems.
• Configure secure REST/GraphQL API endpoints to synchronize data and maintain clean interfaces.
• Manage access controls (ACLs, User Criteria, Roles) to enforce data privacy and compliance.

4. 💼 Sales & Order Management (SOM) Module Alignment (Nice-to-Have)

• Leverage ServiceNow’s Sales and Order Management (SOM) module to align ported CRM workflows with native ServiceNow business logic.
• Configure lead-to-order pipelines, contract management, and order fulfillment flows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Expertise: 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development (Certified Application Developer / System Administrator preferred).
• Modern Frontend Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3, with experience embedding custom React apps within ServiceNow.
• Security & Auth: Deep understanding of ServiceNow security architecture, including ACLs, session management, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and CORS configurations.
• AI & Automation Mindset: Openness to and experience with AI-assisted software development (e.g., using LLMs, Copilots, or custom AI agents to accelerate coding and scripting).
• Integration Capabilities: Proven track record of configuring REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and mid-server architectures.
• Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of or hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) module.
• Languages: English (B1 - Intermediate or higher).

About the role

You'll own features end-to-end across a Python backend and React frontend, design architecture and mentor the team.

Responsibilities

- Design and build Python (Django/FastAPI) APIs and React UIs end-to-end

- Own architecture and technical decisions across the stack

- Design data models and APIs; ensure performance and security

- Lead code reviews and mentor mid/junior engineers

- Own CI/CD, deployments and production reliability

Must-have

- Expert Python + a web framework (Django/FastAPI)

- Strong React + TypeScript
