💼 Experience:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon (Seller Central)
• Strong experience with FBA shipments, inventory management, and logistics
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from supplier to Amazon

📦 Amazon Knowledge:
• Clear understanding of SKU, FNSKU, listings, and shipment creation
• Experience creating and managing shipping plans in Seller Central
• Understanding of Amazon warehouse processes and 3PL workflows

🚚 Supply Chain & Logistics:
• Practical experience working with freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Understanding of different shipping methods (air, sea, etc.)
• Experience dealing with delivery issues, delays, or customs-related challenges

📊 Tools & Skills:
• Confident Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with tools like Helium 10 / Jungle Scout is a plus

🌍 Languages:
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+)
• Chinese is a plus

🧠 Mindset:
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently and solve problems without supervision
• Clear understanding of how the full supply chain works (not “magic”, but real processes)
 

📌 Responsibilities:

🚚 Supply Chain & Logistics (Core Focus):
🔹 Plan and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock
🔹 Create and manage FBA shipments in Seller Central
🔹 Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and 3PL warehouses
🔹 Monitor shipment status and resolve issues proactively
🔹 Ensure smooth product flow from factory to Amazon warehouses

📦 Product Operations:
🔹 Manage product lifecycle from supplier to Amazon
🔹 Support product launches from an operational perspective
🔹 Ensure correct setup of SKUs, FNSKUs, and listings for logistics readiness
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and processes

🏭 Sourcing & Supplier Coordination:
🔹 Communicate with suppliers regarding production timelines
🔹 Coordinate quality checks with China-based representatives
🔹 Ensure timely production and payments

🔍 Product & Market Awareness (Secondary):
🔹 Support niche research and product ideas (as a plus)
🔹 Contribute to improving existing products based on market data
