What awaits you?
Drive Lean and continuous improvement projects for PwC internal operations and client-related processes, delivering measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and cost. Act as a subject‑matter expert within Operations / Process Excellence projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Lean transformation projects (finance, accounting, payroll, tax services, legal, administrative services etc.).
- Conduct process analysis and value stream mapping; identify improvement opportunities and quantify impact.
- Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and implementation sprints.
- Develop and track Lean/CI KPIs and benefits (cost, quality, time, productivity).
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations in English.
- Coach teams in Lean/ Kaizen tools and mindsets; support change management and adoption.
Lead and manage project teams (2–6 people), delegate tasks and responsibilities, set expectations and deadlines, review outputs, and coach junior team members in Lean and consulting skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement experience with proven, measurable project results.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Map, Standard Work, problem solving (5 Why, Ishikawa/fishbone, root cause analysis) etc.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and driving change without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; confident with data and business cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+), comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) preferred.
Certifications
- Lean / Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/ Black Belt) is mandatory.
