Content Project Manager

Your impact:
- Manage content projects and the workout content production process for the mobile app
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Create clear and detailed briefs for cross-functional teams involved in content production.
- Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders by coordinating timelines, assigning tasks, and resolving day-to-day challenges.
- Structure, organize, and visualize information using Google Sheets, Confluence, Jira, and Figma.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality content that meets product and business standards.
About you:
- 2+ years of experience in content project management within a commercial company or a non-profit organization.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external contractors, including task management, brief creation, and deadline tracking.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to optimize workflows, identify process improvements, and understand dependencies across projects.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and proactively solve problems.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of the health, fitness, and active lifestyle industry.
Would be a plus:
- Experience creating or managing content within the health and wellness industry (e.g., blogs, mobile apps, fitness clubs, or similar platforms).
- Experience working with product content for digital products or mobile applications.
- Experience working in large cross-functional teams.
- A personal interest in or passion for fitness, sports, or maintaining an active lifestyle.
