Head of Operations Departmant (Supply Chain)

🎯 What You’ll Own:

We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader who will take full ownership of operational excellence and business scalability. In this role, you will:

• Build and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes
• Drive efficiency across inventory, logistics, and operations
• Scale the business through smart resource allocation and process improvements
• Identify and mitigate operational and supply chain risks
• Implement systems and automation to support growth
• Ensure smooth, predictable, and cost-effective operations at scale

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✅Supply Chain & Operations Management:

• Oversee the full supply chain cycle: from sourcing to product delivery to warehouses
• Optimize logistics, transportation costs, and delivery timelines
• Implement automation tools (ERP systems, analytics tools, etc.)
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain
   

✅Product Research & Sourcing:

• Conduct product and market research (Amazon trends, competitors, customer insights)
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers (cost, quality, reliability)
• Diversify supplier base to reduce dependency risks
• Coordinate new product launches
   

✅Forecasting & Inventory Management:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasting models
• Manage inventory across FBA and external warehouses
• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Participate in S&OP processes
   

✅Replenishment & Logistics:

• Manage reorders based on forecasts and inventory levels
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
• Optimize costs through supplier negotiations
   

✅Amazon Operations:

• Oversee restock planning and execution
• Manage removal orders (returns, liquidation, redistribution)
• Handle reimbursement processes (Amazon, warehouses, suppliers)
• Analyze and reduce operational losses
   

✅Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and manage the operations team (hiring, training, performance management)
• Track and improve key operational KPIs
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
   

🔎Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce (Amazon experience is a strong plus)
• Experience managing teams and building processes
• Strong analytical skills, including demand forecasting
• Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics
• Experience working with international suppliers (China/global markets is a plus)
• Experience with process automation and ERP/analytics tools
• Ability to operate in complex environments and make data-driven decisions
• English level: Intermediate+ or higher Ukrainian or Russian fluency required
