CRM Manager (Sportsbook)

We are building our CRM function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive CRM Manager to design player retention strategies, launch automated journeys, and set up a campaign calendar that drives engagement and growth. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to shape how CRM works in our business.

Requirements:

  • 1,5+ year of experience in CRM or email marketing within sportsbook / betting
  • Strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and player behaviour
  • Experience working with Tier-1 and LATAM markets
  • Experience in iGaming / betting industry
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Understanding of key metrics (ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate)
  • Understanding of CRM metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Spam Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation)
  • Experience running A/B tests
  • Creative thinking and strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies specifically for sportsbook products
  • Launch campaigns focused on retention, reactivation, and cross-sell for sports bettors
  • Analyse competitors’ sportsbook offers and adapt CRM mechanics accordingly
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) for sports events and promotions
  • Set up triggers and automated flows based on player behaviour (bets, events, activity)
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns around key sports events, leagues, and tournaments
  • Run A/B tests to optimise offers, messaging, and timing
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance based on key CRM and sportsbook metrics
  • Continuously optimise communications to increase engagement and betting activity
  • Work closely with Design and Content teams to deliver effective campaign creatives
