Team Setup You'll lead a cross-functional team of up to 8 people: Tech Lead, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and AQA.
 

Our Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years as a Product Manager with a proven delivery track - shipped products, not just managed roadmaps
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving execution without direct authority
• Strong prioritization skills grounded in business goals, not stakeholder noise
• Able to navigate complex, multi-layered problems - this domain has many edge cases and no shortcuts
• Systematic thinker who finds structure in ambiguity and communicates it clearly
• Already using AI to optimize how you and your team work
   

The Points That Make You Stand Out

• Experience in payments - 3DS, acquirer routing, tokenization - you know the domain
• Technical background - enough to read architecture docs and earn engineering trust
• Hands-on with data - SQL or BI tools, you go to the source yourself
• Experience building interfaces or embedding AI into the product
