Business Development Manager (Slots)

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (Slots) to drive growth and partnerships for a slot game development team. This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who understands the iGaming ecosystem and knows how to close deals in the slots segment.

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding distribution, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business by closing deals for slot integration and distribution.

Manage and grow relationships with existing partners.

Expand the presence of slot products across new markets.

Work closely with internal teams to align product and commercial strategy.

Support expansion into LATAM and potentially Asian markets.

Contribute to transitioning the business towards more regulated (β€œwhite”) markets.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development within the slots/iGaming industry.

Strong track record in closing deals and negotiations.

Deep understanding of online gambling and slot distribution ecosystem.

Fluent Russian and English (both required).

Nice to Have

Experience working with LATAM or Asian markets.

Understanding of regulatory environments across jurisdictions.

Experience working in slot development studios.
