For this role, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own consumer-facing mobile and scheduling products from concept through launch and iteration. This role is ideal for a PM who has built B2C products used by real consumers on a daily basis, has deep familiarity with booking/scheduling/availability logic, and knows how to design transactional flows (booking, payment, cancellation, membership) that feel effortless even when the underlying business rules are complex.

You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end member/user experience across mobile and web surfaces, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship features that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This includes designing booking and scheduling logic, membership/eligibility rules, multi-location or multi-tenant product behavior, and notification/lifecycle flows.
