Business Development Manager (Nutra)

We are an international holding company operating across several digital business verticals. We are currently expanding our Nutra direction and looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who knows how to find new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, negotiate effectively, and turn new contacts into long-term cooperation.

What you'll do:

• Search for and attract new partners in the Nutra vertical;
• Develop relationships with advertisers, affiliates, networks, and other market players;
• Conduct outreach and negotiate commercial terms;
• Manage the full partnership cycle — from initial contact to launch and ongoing cooperation;
• Identify new opportunities, GEOs, products, and potential growth points;
• Attend industry events and conferences and build a strong professional network;
• Monitor the market, competitors, and current Nutra trends;
• Work closely with internal teams to launch and scale partnerships.

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships, preferably in Nutra, Affiliate Marketing, CPA, or related digital industries;
• Understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and performance-based business models;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Experience with cold outreach and partner acquisition;
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships;
• English — B1+;
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
