We are looking for a Media Buyer DSP

Requirements

• Previous experience with ad networks or programmatic traffic sources, with mandatory experience in Gambling / iGaming;
• Deep understanding of DSP retargeting mechanics, user acquisition/retention, and funnel stages;
• Hands-on technical knowledge of pixels, postbacks, user cookies, attribution models (post-view vs post-click), and deduplication;
• Strong analytical ability to analyze CTR, CR, CPA, CPC, CPM, Spend, FTD, and Deposit Rate, with proven experience optimizing for ROI and traffic quality;
• Experience with A/B testing, tracking creative fatigue, and preparing briefs for video creatives;
• Practical experience working with Jira and Tableau for campaign reporting and management;

• Awareness of GEO-specific advertising regulations for gambling verticals;

   

Will be plus

• Hands-on experience working in high-risk/grey-hat verticals (Gambling/iGaming) using specialized niche DSP platforms (such as Ubidex, AdTarget, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Launch, optimize, and manage DSP retargeting campaigns in Gambling/iGaming;
• Build and manage campaign structures based on user segments and funnel stages;
• Technical setup: pixels, postbacks, user cookies, and tracking/attribution configuration;
• Analyze key metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, CPC, CPM, Spend, FTD, Deposit Rate) and optimize based on CPA, ROI, volume, and traffic quality;
• Creative performance analysis, tracking creative fatigue, and briefing the team for video/display creatives;
• Regular reporting and campaign summaries using Jira and Tableau;
• Manage campaign budgets independently and ensure compliance with GEO-specific advertising regulations.
