Sofia HR is an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies make smarter recruitment decisions through structured interviews and predictive candidate assessment. We are growing internationally and looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to develop the US and Canadian markets.
What youβll do:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the US and Canada
- Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and commercial negotiations
- Present Sofia HR as a strategic hiring solution for businesses
- Work closely with founders and product team to improve market fit
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Weβre looking for someone who has:
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Fluent / near-native English (C1+ mandatory) with excellent spoken and written communication
- B2B sales experience is preferred (SaaS / HR Tech / Recruitment / Startups as a plus)
- Strong ability to communicate with HR leaders, founders, and executives
- Confidence in outreach, negotiations, and closing deals
- High ownership, proactivity, and startup mindset
- Readiness to work within US / Canada time zones
Ideal background:
- Experience in HR industry, recruitment, talent solutions, or HR Tech
- Experience in a startup / fast-growth company
- Understanding of hiring challenges and recruitment processes
