Mission of the Role

As a Procurement Owner, you will take full responsibility for your product portfolio — from strategy development to supplier management and until each order is successfully released.

You will own procurement decisions, execution, and results while building a reliable supplier network, improving processes, and ensuring the company always has the right products at the right time, quantity, quality, and cost.

Supply Chain Team Mission

To have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right place, at the best price and payment terms — ensuring the business is never out of stock and never overstocked.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or a related field
• Experience working with consumer goods, supplements, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with procurement data
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of results
• Based in or near the CET time zone, candidates from Europe and the Middle East are highly preferred 

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy, execution, and results for an assigned product portfolio
• Build, manage, and expand a reliable supplier base
• Source new suppliers and negotiate the best commercial terms, pricing, and payment conditions
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure consistent product quality
• Manage the procurement process until orders are released
• Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
• Drive continuous improvements across procurement and production processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate product needs and support future launches
• Work closely with the Sales Team to secure suppliers for new product categories and opportunities
